Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

AELEIS ships most items via by UPS or FEDEX ground service. A tracking number will be emailed to you once order has shipped. Please use this tracking number to check delivery status of your order. Our goal is process and ship your order within 3-5 business days (not including holidays) of purchase. For any items not yet available in our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for item to be processed and shipped.

Shipping rates: $9.95 flat rate ground if shipped to a NY address. Flat rate ground shipping is $12.95 outside NY. If you are shipping to a United States PO BOX or military address we will ship your item via USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping is available for $24.95.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping through our website, for international purchases please email us directly at internationalsales@AELEIS.com.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) for exchange or store credit only (excludes sale items). All sale items are sold as FINAL SALES cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return your item(s) for an exchange, item(s) must be received within 20 days from the date item was purchased in its original condition (item must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered) with all original packing and hang tags attached. Please make sure invoice or packing slip is included in your return package. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you need another copy of your invoice for your return, please request one by emailing: returns@AELEIS.com.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges- please email us at returns@AELEIS.com for complete mailing address. For size exchanges simply note new size needed on your packing packing slip/invoice.

AELEIS is not responsible for the loss or delay of any packages being returned- we recommend that you use a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking for your returns.
